Small plane crash in Colorado Springs sends one to the hospital

A small plane crashed in Colorado Springs on Sunday afternoon, sending one of its three passengers to a hospital with minor injuries.

The aircraft, a Cessna 210, landed to the east of North Powers Boulevard and Constitution Avenue, according to the Colorado Springs Fire Department. The plane’s fuel was leaking.

The person who was transported to the hospital was in a stable condition. It is unclear what led to the crash.
